Q: Why are you offering free freight?
A: Because we want to encourage you to be using our B2B store for all orders. This helps with order accuracy and efficiency and nothing gets missed.
Q: What if I can’t find the part I’m looking for or you are out of stock of the parts I order?
A: We will honour the FREE FREIGHT deal as long as your enquiry comes from the B2B contact facility (on the bottom left of the B2B store).
Q: What’s the catch?
A: Not catches, just a few conditions to keep the ‘wise guys’ honest! See below
* All freight will be sent the following methods:

Order must be to the value of $250 or more

3kg and under (normally 1-2 sets) will go via TNT Express Satchel.

Over 3kg will travel TNT Road or Couriers Please.

All delivery addresses must be commercial business, no PO Boxes or residential street addresses.

No drop shipping.

All of our parts have been entered into B2B with Cross-References. For example, some of you will know a WRX 4 pot front pad shape is DB1170, so just type DB1170 into the search bar, or search in the TAGS tab for the reference you need. It will drop down all options we have in that shape. - Some customers have had difficulty logging back into the B2B site once they navigated away.
